Can Nubi die?
No. If you forget Nubi for a while it gets sad and drizzly, but it never dies and you never lose your progress.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your home screen or lock screen, tap Edit › Add Widget and search for Nubi. You can feed and cuddle Nubi right from the widget.
How do I get Nubi on my Apple Watch?
Install Nubi on your iPhone, then open the Watch app on your iPhone and install Nubi under Available Apps. Your Nubi syncs automatically.
How does caring together work?
Open Settings › Care together › Invite someone and share the 6-letter code. The other person opens the same screen and enters the code under “Got a code?”. Both of you need to be signed in to iCloud. Free for 2 people, up to 4 with Nubi Plus.
How do I stop caring together?
Settings › Care together › Stop caring together. Your copy of Nubi stays on your phone and your shared data is deleted from iCloud.
Why don’t I get reminders?
Nubi sends at most two reminders a day and never at night. Check Settings › Notifications › Nubi on your iPhone and the reminder switch in Nubi’s own settings.
How do I cancel Nubi Plus?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone › your name › Subscriptions › Nubi Plus. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
I bought Plus but don’t see it.
Open Nubi › Settings › Nubi Plus and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple ID.
How do I redeem a code?
Nubi › Settings › Nubi Plus › Redeem code, or use the link on our launch offer page.
How do I start over?
Delete the app and install it again. Your old Nubi is gone for good, so think twice!
